AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CLARKSON VALLEY, MISSOURI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2005 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS PURSUANT THERETO. 

            BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF CLARKSON VALLEY, ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, the City Clerk has presented to the Board of Aldermen of the City of Clarkson Valley an Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005, 

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF CLARKSON VALLEY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

            Section 1.  The Annual Budget for the City of Clarkson Valley, Missouri, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005, a copy of which is attached and made a part hereof is hereby adopted.

            Section 2.  Funds are hereby appropriated for the objects and purposes of expenditures set forth in said Budget.

            Section 3.  This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Aldermen.
