AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CLARKSON VALLEY, MISSOURI, IN TITLE III: TRAFFIC CODE, BY DELETING SCHEDULE III. RESTRICTED PARKING, PROHIBITED RIGHT, LEFT OR U-TURNS AND ADDING A NEW SCHEDULE III. RESTRICTED PARKING, PROHIBITED RIGHT, LEFT OR U-TURNS.

            BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF CLARKSON VALLEY, ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

            SECTION 1:  The Municipal Code, City of Clarkson Valley, Missouri, is hereby amended in Title III: Traffic Code by deleting Schedule III. Restricted Parking, Prohibited Right, Left or U-Turns and adding a new Schedule III. Restricted Parking, Prohibited Right, Left or U-Turns.

            SECTION 2:  A new Schedule III. Restricted Parking, Prohibited Right, Left or U-Turns shall be adopted which will read as follows:

SCHEDULE III.  RESTRICTED PARKING, PROHIBITED RIGHT, LEFT OR U-TURNS

 In accordance with the Municipal Code and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, parking is restricted and right, left or U-turns are prohibited at the locations listed in this Schedule, and signs giving notice thereof shall read as indicated in this Schedule:

 Location Where Left Turn Is Prohibited Between        Notice on Sign Shall Read:

6:45 A.M.-8:45 A.M. and

between 2:45 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

 SECTION 3:  All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed and held for naught.
