It is illegal to stop, stand, or park vehicles in Clarkson Valley:
On a sidewalk
Within an intersection
On a crosswalk
Upon any bridge
Motorcycle, boat, trailer, truck, camper, recreational vehicle, off-road or other motor vehicle, for longer than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours on any area, street, or driveway.
Except when momentarily picking up or dropping off passengers it is illegal to stand, or park:
In front of a driveway
Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
Within 20 feet of a cross walk at an intersection
Within 15 feet of an intersection
Within 8 feet of a public U.S. mailbox
Within 8 feet of a private mailbox between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. except Sundays and holidays.
It is also unlawful to park a vehicle to display "For Sale" upon any parking lot within the City.
Any vehicle left unattended in substantially the same location for more than 72 hours shall be deemed illegally parked.
