Applications must be received no less than seven days prior to the proposed garage sale.
Permits shall not be issued for a subdivision garage sale more than one time in a calendar year.
The proposed sale must not commence prior to 7:00 A.M. and cease operations at sunset on the date of the sale.
The subdivision shall be entitled to erect one sign at each of their entrances. Said signs shall not be erected more than 24 hours prior to said sale. Any sign installed pursuant to shall not exceed four square feet.
Applicant must obtain temporary "no parking" signs from City Hall to be placed along those streets in the designated areas as may be determined by the Police Department.
Please remove all signs immediately upon conclusion if the sale.
