If this request is for amendments to Zoning or Subdivision Ordinances, changes to District Boundaries or a request for a Special Use Permit, attach the pertinent documentation to this Application and include as much detail in terms of drawings and narrative explanation as possible. Applications and all enclosures or exhibits must be filed not less than fifteen (15) days before the Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing. No demonstrative evidence, photograph, diagrams, etc. will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission which has not been presented to the Commission fifteen (15) days before the date of the hearing.
